For retailers with ecom stores, or bricks and mortar stores, it’s important for both outlets to have a voice on social media. This “voice” should reflect our product, our brand and our message. Our sales platforms (website or physical store) and social media marketing ARE directly linked. Having a brilliant voice and presence on social media, with engagement, humour and conversation on social media, does DIRECTLY affect your sales.

What Next?
